Carlee's was founded by two sisters, Lee and Carly Squyres, and is based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Carly and several other family members have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease and follow a gluten free diet.

The inspiration for our product names comes from our family of fuzzy friends:
Brinkley (aka "Moose"), Jake, Josie, Tiger, & Sam
